
MindTrade is the first application developed using MindLanguage, tailored specifically to the trading domain, with an initial focus on cryptocurrencies. MindTrade product includes a graphical interface that fully leverages the capabilities of Mind, featuring a chat interface and a diagram editor.
Just 16 days before their highly anticipated launch, I joined the founding engineering team to lead marketing and advise on UX/UI as they prepared to scale, expand product features, and redesign their website. Over the following three months, I shaped the product narrative, created educational content, and managed all social channels.

Transitioning from token holder to leading design and marketing for Mindtrade gave me firsthand exposure to early pain points. Beta testing and community feedback revealed that while no-code trading algorithms were powerful, they weren’t inherently simple for new users. To address this, I immersed myself in existing crypto trading tools, benchmarking their shortcomings in onboarding, visual storytelling, and accessibility—insights that shaped how we refined the user experience.
By opting for a two-part promo release, we extended our marketing runway by four weeks and increased investor outreach by 30%. Over the course of three months, I managed all community engagement—using ChatGPT to draft blog posts and threads, Typefully for automated scheduling, and Mural to visualize and refine our strategy.
This project was both inspiring and challenging, but also the most creative freedom I’ve ever received from a client. In the end, the ambitious scope contributed to it being placed on hold, as the sheer effort required to bring it to life became unsustainable. Looking back, an earlier pause would have saved time, money, and energy, allowing us to pivot and simplify the approach much sooner in the process.
